- If you are a specialist in Angiology and Vascular Surgery with an official title in Spain, we offer you the possibility of being part of the Spanish Chapter of Phlebology and Lymphology as a Numerary member. To do this, you must send a copy of your Medicine and Specialty degree along with the registration and domiciliation bulletins to info@congresosxxi.com.
- If you are a specialist in Angiology and Vascular Surgery with an official degree abroad, we invite you to be part of the Spanish Chapter of Phlebology and Lymphology as a Numerary member. To do this, you must send the following documents to info@congresosxxi.com:
a. Copy of your Medicine degree.
b. Copy of the title of the specialty in Angiology and Vascular Surgery.
c. Correctly completed registration and direct debit bulletins.
d. Updated CV.
e. Letter of recommendation from the area director of the institution where you work, medical college or a scientific society with an interest in phlebology or lymphology to which it belongs.
f. Certificate of belonging to a scientific society with an interest in the area of phlebology or lymphology (optional).
- If you are not a specialist in Angiology and Vascular Surgery, have a degree in health sciences or a bachelor’s degree granted in Spain, we offer you the possibility of being part of the Spanish Chapter of Phlebology and Lymphology as an Associate member, for which you must send a copy of your title and updated Curriculum Vitae along with the registration and domiciliation bulletins to info@congresosxxi.com.
- If you are not a specialist in Angiology and Vascular Surgery, have a degree in health sciences or a bachelor’s degree granted outside of Spain, we invite you to be part of the Spanish Chapter of Phlebology and Lymphology as an Associate member. To do this, you must send the following documents to info@congresosxxi.com:
a. Copy of your Medicine degree.
b. Copy of the title of your specialty if you have it (optional).
c. Correctly completed registration and direct Debit bulletins.
d. Updated CV.
e. Letter of recommendation from the area director of the institution where you work, medical college or a scientific society with an interest in phlebology or lymphology to which it belongs.
f. Certificate of belonging to a scientific society with an interest in the area of phlebology or lymphology (optional).
- If you are not yet a specialist in Angiology and Vascular Surgery, but are in the formative period of the specialty of Angiology and Vascular Surgery, we offer you the possibility of becoming part of the Spanish Chapter of Phlebology and Lymphology as an Associate member, for which you must send an copy of your degree together with the Certificate of award of place, with the registration forms and address to info@congresosxxi.com. WHILE YOU ARE IN THE TRAINING PERIOD, THE MEMBERSHIP FEE WILL NOT BE CHARGED. It will only start to be charged once you have finished your training period and have obtained the title of specialist, becoming a Numerary member at that time.
- In the case of direct debits to bank accounts not located in Spanish territory, you must include IBAN and SWIFT or BIC. If you prefer to make the deposit into account, you must contact the technical secretariat to indicate the account where to make the deposit. Applications received correctly will be proposed to the Board of Directors for acceptance, once accepted they must be presented at the next General Assembly of Partners. For more information, do not hesitate to contact the technical secretariat (info@congresosxxi.com).* The annual membership fee of € 30 will be effective at the time of acceptance for applications approved in the first half of the year.
